For this edition of leaning In, our panel will lead discussion to share their experiences as Information Management students and new graduates to discuss how we got our crucial, first job in a new industry.

• Why did we choose information management as a new career?
• How did we land our first job?
• What surprised us about our new position? What on-the-job learning was required?
